Thank you for visiting my website.
You have taken the most difficult step of looking for a solution to what might be ‘troubling’ you at the moment. Maybe, you want to stop feeling anxious about a situation in your personal, social and professional life. Maybe, you want to feel more confident about yourself, maybe you want to change the way that you look, or overcome a fear or phobia, or maybe you have had a long history of living with pain and the discomfort that it brings. I don’t know, but I’m pleased that you managed to get here, as you are about to take the first steps to ‘To Take Control of Your Life’
I am passionate about helping people find solutions to enable them to live happier, more fulfilled lives.
I firmly believe that everything that we have experienced since we were born affects us on a unconscious level and some of these experiences can hold us back, preventing us from being the best that we can be.
The unconscious is the part of your mind that notices and remembers information when you are not actively trying to do so, and influences your behaviour even though you do not realise it.
Whether it be something we may have seen, heard, tasted or smelt, or even touched these experiences can have a detrimental effect on our lives making us feel unhappy, fearful and less accepting of ourselves and others.
Before I became a Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist, like most people I was very sceptical about hypnotherapy and couldn’t see benefits believing it was all staged.
However, having experienced Hypnotherapy with the world renowned Hypnotherapist, Paul McKenna, it made me think about how Hypnotherapy can be used to help people address a number of issues. And, that’s how my journey to become a Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist started.
WHAT I DO
I have helped hundreds of people overcome their issues by providing self-help techniques for them to take away and practice on themselves. I am able to easily connect with my clients, with many claiming a sense of improvement with their issue, even at the Consultation stage.
I believe by recognising and changing how we think helps us gain control in areas of our lives, which can feel out of control, and help us to develop more positive ways to address any issues that we may have.
Hypnotherapy can benefit you and the effects can be lasting. Your actions also contribute to your ability to make long-lasting, or permanent change.
You have to put into practice the new ways of thinking and doing things. Hypnotherapy helps us to look at how our negative thinking may be affecting our physiological and emotional wellbeing.
